Day 12 of embracing china

Saturday morning was spent going to Sheng Nong stream. I shall let the pictures do the talking.
Our transit to a smaller ferry

At the Sheng nong stream. We took even smaller boats(sampans?)
Then we have to go through this very narrow and shallow stream. Thus the boatmen have to get out to pull the boat along.

Tough work man. It used to be like that in the past. But now, because we are tourist, they showed us how they do it.
The men were wearing these sandal made of rope i think. It gives them grip over the rocks and also has massage effect. How cool is that?
And so, we took back our small ferry and travel back to our cruise.

Check this out. This view is at the back of the 10 dollar note.

Seeing the similarity yet?

And this mountain, doesn't it looks like a frog facing towards the right?

Enjoying the river breeze? haha

Because we're cute together? wahah

There were many housing and farming going on along the riverside
The houses look so homely!

The bridge with the pretty lights during the day

During the night, we went to this place where they held tribute to liu bei and company.

Eerie looking temple

Dragon much ?

My fave of them all
This is the coffin where they hang off from the mountains earlier on.
I wonder how they do it?
P.S because my camera ran out of battery. So pictures were limited =X
